Event Details:

F3 is a FREE family event commemorating the signing of the Treaty of Manila on July 4th, 1946, when the U.S. relinquished sovereignty over the Philippines.  We will feature live entertainment, a karaoke stage, Storyteller Space, the Palengke (over 75 vendors including 22 food vendors) and free activities the whole family can enjoy.
