Drop by the Storyteller Space at San Diego’s 5th Annual Filipino American Friendship Festival (F3) to connect with incredible Filipino American authors, shop featured bookseller Heartbound Bookshop, and celebrate our culture and community. Join us for readings, Q&As, book signings, and activities for readers of all ages with Rachell Abalos, Tracy Badua, Ella deCastro Baron, Mia Hopkins, Salvador Idos, Jean Torres Juarez, Vanessa Lanang, Kaye Rockwell, and E.P. Tuazon.
Event Details:
F3 is a FREE family event commemorating the signing of the Treaty of Manila on July 4th, 1946, when the U.S. relinquished sovereignty over the Philippines. We will feature live entertainment, a karaoke stage, Storyteller Space, the Palengke (over 75 vendors including 22 food vendors) and free activities the whole family can enjoy.
